Text on 0798 44 39 479 stating: (a) your name (b) your postcode (c) the type of advice needed (for example DEBT, HOUSING or BENEFITS), and (d) the best time to call you back. We will then call you back on your mobile phone. When we call you, the display will show “caller unknown” or an 0808 number.

We’re changing our drop-in days at the Hopmarket from Monday 2nd December.

From that date we will be open for drop-in advice – no appointment needed – as follows:

Mondays – 9.30 am to 12.00 noon

Tuesdays – 9.30 am to 12.00 noon

Wednesdays – 1.00 pm to 3.00 pm
